Bring a completed and signed Abington Properties application, and, if necessary, a guarantor application along with $100.00 for each applicant and guarantor to Abington Properties located at 950 3rd Avenue New York, NY 10022 27th Floor (on the southwest corner of 57th Street and Third Avenue) Monday through Friday between 9:00AM and 5:00PM.  If you can not come to the office in person, you may fax your application to 212-688-1280.  Then you must send the application fee(s) to us along with the required paperwork.  Your application will not be processed until we receive all application fee(s) and necessary paperwork (for further details please visit our Frequently Asked Questions section). Upon receipt of your completed application and paperwork, you will be notified as to the status of your application.  You will then be advised of the amount of security required and guarantor requirements.  It should be noted that if a guarantor is required, only one guarantor is necessary per apartment and that a guarantor application and $100.00 fee must be received before your application is further processed (for further details please visit our Frequently Asked Questions section). After completing the above procedure, Abington will schedule a lease signing appointment.  At that time you will be required to either bring a certified check, bank check, money order, traveler’s check, United States currency, or arrange for a wire transfer for your first month's rent and agreed upon security deposit.  Each applicant and guarantor must also bring an original driver license or passport.
